Weekly Stock Recommendation

WHAT TO EXPECT THIS WEEK:
The reaction of the market to the earnings result of ZENITHBANK and GUARANTY last week indicated that their price levels had the dividends factored in. Accordingly, we fear that the market may remain bearish at the beginning of the week.

However this may take some stocks into oversold territory and we expect mid to long term investors to accumulate some of the blue chips and consequently stabilize the market towards the end of the week.

We still recommend that investors should focus their interest in stocks with a history of positive earnings growth and dividend payments with attractive yields.
