WHAT TO EXPECT THIS WEEK:
With the current stock valuations, we believe that the lowly price level of majority of stocks specifically in the financial services sector will continue to attract bargain hunters based on the Q1’18 results released last week.

Also, we expect speculators and institutional investors will continue re-aligning their portfolios in reaction to Q1’18 results thereby leading to high activity but a generally flat movement on the NSEASI.

We still recommend that investors should focus their interest in stocks with a history of positive earnings growth and dividend payments with attractive yields.
